Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1¾ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Tips for the Perfect Brownies:
Use good quality cocoa powder for a rich chocolate flavor.
Don't overmix the batter to ensure a fudgy texture.
Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for extra indulgence.
If you prefer a denser texture, chill the brownies in the refrigerator before serving.
